Ep.6 / Fertility vs Infertility
In today's episode I will be discussing fertility vs. infertility with a very special guest, my friend Gaby. Gaby is a 41-year-old, a dentist specializing in endodontics. Gaby is married and has a 4-year-old son and it was still easy for her to conceive her son. She and her husband dream of having a second child. But it has been a struggle and that challenge has led her on a journey of various fertility treatments.
In this podcast we are going to talk about fertility, recurrent pregnancy loss and infertility. The challenges one finds in them are more common than one might think and affect many families today. In an article published on April 4 of this year 2023, the WHO reports that one in every 6 people suffers from infertility, but even so, it is a subject that is rarely talked about, a taboo, which is why I invited Gaby today.
